Come and stay with us at Sunny Brow Farm and enjoy the pleasures of being in close proximity to nature. You are welcome to explore and relax into our 33 acres of woodland with many varieties of native trees, including oak, hazel, hawthorn, silver birch. Walk up Limestone beck, enjoy views from Black Crag towards The Langdale Pikes and around Ambleside and Lake Widermere, spot birds, badgers and deer, build a den or explore edible plants.
Bracken Barn
The Bracken Barn has character, style and comfort! Traditional oak beams and log burner feature in this superb contemporary barn accommodation. The barn boasts wooden floors throughout, modern kitchen, luxurious super-king size bed, natural stone bathroom with deluxe shower and twin basins. In all our renovations, we have chosen natural materials where possible, and the hot water and central heating are run from our eco log-fueled biomass boiler.

Free Wifi
Each Barn has its own router and secure password so you can enjoy the free wifi.
Local walks
Whilst here you can enjoy some great walks from your door, a 2hr walk to Black Crag gives the best views in the area, or take a leasurly stroll around Tarn Hows, when you arrive just ask Philip for more details.

The Farm
Although we are not a working farm, we do have a small flock of sheep and our own hens who provide us with the most amazing eggs for sale
Eco Boiler
Sustainability is an important thing to us. where possible all our lighting is led or low voltage, all heating and hot water is provided by our 60kw log boiler and each barn has a wood fired log burner
